In 2003, a group of enthusiasts of the logistics branch decided to merge their knowledge, experience and enthusiasm into one, creating a forwarding company. From the very beginning, caring for the satisfaction and trust of our customers, the company prioritised development and focused on full professionalism along with extending the range of its services.
During 20 years of operation, the company has continuously improved, opening new branches, agencies and transshipment points in strategic locations.

Remote Clearance Center - Import clearance of goods in road transport
TSL Silesia performs Import Clearance of goods for road transport at all border crossings and in all internal Customs Offices, regardless of whether the Company has a site in that location.
Remote Import Clearance meets the expectations of customers and carriers, who are not bound to a specific route. They are free to choose the best route and can be sure that TSL Silesia will perform customs clearance of the vehicle at any Customs Office along the way. [zdjęcie]
Quality Control by TSL Silesia Sp. z o.o.
TSL Silesia Sp. z o.o. is one of the leading forwarding and customs companies in Poland. Due to its localizations and organizational structure, TSL Silesia is the only one , which performs inspections, quality controls and verifications at all border crossings: Małaszewicze, Medyka, Dorohusk, Hrubieszów, at all terminals along the LHS line and in all Polish ports. This services together allows to carry out inspections not only for the Company’s clients, but also as a subcontractor for Partner inspection companies that do not have representation in the required location.
CBAM
To meet new challenges related to the introduction of the CBAM register, TSL SILESIA has expanded its offer in this area. Our experts will assist you in

- Obtaining data from the Operator,

SENT (Electronic Transport Surveillance System)
The subject of the National System for Electronic Transport Supervision (SENT) is familiar to the qualified employees of TSL Silesia. AEO status
In 2010, TSL Silesia was officially awarded the EU’s Authorised Economic Operator (‘AEO’) status.
Within the company’s structure, there operates a team specialised in the management of legal and customs issues and the functioning of the AEO both within the company and at the customers’ sites. Moreover, an experienced team guides new customers through all the steps necessary to obtain AEO certification, in accordance with the principles contained in customs, EU and national legislation.
ISO Quality Management System
Another definition of TSL Silesia’s position as a trustworthy partner in customer relations is the introduction and maintenance of a Quality Management System compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard in the area of forwarding and customs services for the import of marine bulk cargo
